100% Guarantee Limitation:
While we strive to provide the most comprehensive and accurate home inspections possible, we cannot guarantee that every issue with a property will be identified. Our 100% guarantee applies solely to the home inspection fee paid. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a full refund of the home inspection fee.
Termination: We may terminate your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.
